I have only had 3 lesson so far in the diet and weight management program and I'm already able to advise people on healthy eating habits and plans and explain to them what happens in the body when certain foods are eaten. I am also very happy with the interactive approach Stacy takes in teaching the course, it makes it very interesting and something to look forward to even though I have to sit up and listen to it at night after a very busy day because of my time zone.
I recently started the 'Diet & Weight Management' course and have not enjoyed learning about something new, as much as I am this one, in the longest time. I get more excited with every lesson and cannot wait to have the correct knowledge to help me improve my life style.
